He referred me to Sterling and said they were the best around the Kitsap Washington area. I called them and received a quote which I thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Rick performed wood patching and matching to my existing floors. He then took everything down to bare wood, refinished and varnished the entire floor. The end result was amazing and I was very happy. "Arien is the owner of this company. He is very knowledegable, engaged and passionate about his business. He is a wood floor specialist and only does wood floors, but will also install vinyl planking if you purchase the materials. They use a dustless sanding system and suggested the permeating stain for our 70 year old clear fir wood floor that has been covered by carpet for years. The floor had parquet flooring glued to the wood around the edges and in the doorway. The workers got the floors sanded down to a point where the parquet wood flooring was unnoticeable. They look brand new! He recommended Rubio Monocoat for the floors as the wear and tear would be easier to maintain than any other finish. We went with a natural color and really like it. Since the wood floors are fir, they are somewhat soft so we do need to be careful not to wear heels and drop things. He said no other finish would be able to protect much more and scratches would be more visible. He also gave us some special soap to use and some oil to help with repairs. It's pretty cool how it all works. If I have trouble with the fir we may opt to upgrade to a harder wood like Oak in a few years. I would definitely hire them again and am trying to work them in to our schedule and finances for our small oak floor entry way at our house. We've just spend a great deal on my father in law's update. Pretty sure I wouldn't ask anyone else to do this but Infinity Wood Flooring, Arien and his team. The only reason I rated work quality is because last time they did a maintenance, they didn't get close enough to the walls and it was visible. They are coming back out today to fix some of the issues we've noticed... This company stands by their work!"

"Pretty good, but I have noticed a lot of soft spots in the flooring and felt that those spots should have been fixed before the flooring was installed. I don’t know what is going to happen over the next few months or years, are these spots going to break thru?"

"Project: Install hardwood flooring in a small bedroom. If all employees get better training - in skill and attitude - , and if the workers had adequate tools, I would recommend the company. I appreciated that the company took the small job on, as it was a problem finding someone or company to do a small, 1 bedroom wood floor installation. And afterwards, when 2 major errors were discovered, the owner promptly sent a qualified repairer who solved both problems. In fairness, I purchased the flooring from Habitat, part of which didn't match in color. The owner of the company readily agreed to a design for the floor to compensate, which worked out. I appreciate that he trusted my judgement. The worker said it was older wood, hard to nail. He unfortunately nailed in many places into the top surface of boards, causing many flaws. One worker, C, has great promise, and I hope he has opportunities to develop his skills."
