"Heinz provided us with a detailed, scaled, drawing of his plan for the project. After listening to our ideas he redrew the bench; we agreed on the style and he built what we wanted. "

"Although the job was very small, it was done swiftly, professionally, and with excellent quality. The owner (Joe Pado), the office staff (Lisa), and the fabricator (Antonio) were courteous and responsive. From the time I first contacted them to see if they would take the job to it's completion was less than 2 weeks. In a world where not many vendors are impressive, this one IS! You will not be sorry to work with this company!"

"<strong>Appointment: </strong>on schedule <br /> <strong>Estimation:</strong> The costs were itemized, the additional counter space and upgrades over the "standard coupon package" were detailed. <br /> <strong>Wait time:</strong> 1 week (between estimation, and installation date) <br /> <strong>Installation:</strong> on schedule, and uneventful. The crew clean up work area. <br /> <strong>Quality: </strong> Made an best effort to match the stone patterns between cuts. I would rather to see the "split/splice" to be away from the sink cut-out , but I am no expert. I would like to think stone-cutter made the most logical trade-off <br /> <strong>Costs</strong> (my installation only): with the coupon offer, it is very reasonable, but with the added counter space (66% more the base footage) resulted in nearly double the coupon offer. <br /> <br />"

"The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

"My wife and I were very pleased with the job from start to finish. Replacement of the old flooring with new was an amazing faecelift and transformation. We feel like were living in a new house. The work duration and execution went off exactly as planned. We chose Alexander's after reading favorable reviews last year on Angie's list, which spoke highly of Doris Garza (Co-Owner) and the installer (Ricky) and they were fabulous (lived up to their reputations). Doris was very pleasant and helpful through-out the entire process, and even gave us a 8% credit due to lower pricing on the laminate (there were no extras added to the final bill). Doris Garza and staff are very accommodating. Lastly, Ricky (installer) exceeded our expectations with his dedication and great work ethic. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our schedule and priortirs was outstanding! Ricky gave us serveal helpful recommendations on caring for the laminate, such as putting "felt pads" on the feet of all the furniture. Although we paid to move furniture, I packed up much of the house into moving boxes to make the job go smoother. Depsite this, there was still a lot of things to move, but Ricky and two great co-workers (Joe & Josh) never complained and were exceedingly careful. The 3.25" glossy white baseboards put a really beautiful finish to the laminate flooring installation. Ricky not only mitered the joint, but copped them and caulked all seams to invisibility. We plan to do business again in the future with Alexander's. <br /> PS - We paid for composite baseboards with a flat primer coat, but there was a problem on the order/deilivery, so Doris replaced them with wood and had them primered and painted (glossy white) at no added cost to us. What a pleasant surprise. <br />"

"My husband and I were redoing the downstairs of our home as well as the bathroom. I asked Melvin for a bid and how much tile was needed. He and Lisa took the job, leveled the floor where it needed and did a beautiful job. We had a compass rose put in by our front door which they cut each piece out and placed accordingly. Melvin also tiled the bathroom shower and sink and did a superb job. We wanted to add some fish to the shower for our kids, so we picked a few photos out of some tropical fish and Lisa drew some up then proceeded to cut them out and they placed them on the shower wall. I also had a shower that was remodeled by a different company back in 2012. Lots of mold has grown since then, so we had Melvin rip the floor of the shower out, fix the areas that needed to be leveled for proper drainage and lay new tile. I have no complaints about that project or any other he has done. He is the best around and you can’t go wrong with hiring him!"

"I could not have been in better hands. They worked quickly, on time and helped to restore the condo on a tight budget. I highly recommend this company. They are great to work with and do a quality job. A year later I have them back to resurface a deck. The work has held up. <br />"
