"The original terrazzo floors (1954) all needed cleaning, and covered the entryway, hallways, and kitchen. I wasn't sure what was involved in the process and was worried special equipment would be needed. They were so scummy. I called Melvin and we set up a time to meet at my house for an assessment and quote. He showed up on time, was thorough in checking all the tile, and took time to explain the process of stripping and sealing my floors. No special equipment needed, thank goodness! He gave a fair quote and we set a time for him to return with his associate and start stripping. Melvin and his female business partner showed up bright and early everyday, on time and worked fast and diligently. No messing about (or taking long ridiculous lunches like the last tile guys who never came back). I tried to move my furniture out of the way, but they took time to move the rest on the first day, and helped move it all back when the floors were finished and dry. Melvin even took time after the job was finished to give me pointers on how to keep my floors polished and shiny. Without a doubt, they are the cleanest, nicest, and most professional team I have ever worked with. If I finally decide to redo the tile in my bathroom I am calling Melvin for sure!"

"For 3 ladies, they cleaned but not great. They did not clean the ceiling fans, left shower door spotty,dusted around things instead of moving items and dusting thoroughly, mopped tile floors (bathrooms, kitchen, living room) using same water which left the floors hazy and not truly clean. There was dog hair still around and under my couch and tables. They did what they got away with doing. I should have watched them more carefully. Less than impressed with the quality and expense. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
