We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. He was patient when I asked questions about the whole process and to verify where the piers needed to be placed. the secretary was great at lining up financing and answering any questions we had about the process. Finally, Marc—without question he was amazing in the whole install with his team. It was obvious that he knows what he is doing and so does his team. "We are very, very happy with our finished patio. When we started this project there were three of us townhome owners who hired Advanced Curb Appeal to do our separate home patios all at once. Once they got started and as our patios were coming together, our other neighbors started asking Jay and Jamie for estimates. So far they are replacing/expanding nine patios in our development and I expect it will be more when they start working on the other side of the development.

As more patios came onboard, the timing of the projects became longer and the logistics more complicated. We have very limited access to our backyards and a tight parking situation that has required a lot of cooperation, patience and communication between those of us getting patios, our non-construction neighbors, and Jamie and Jay. One of the new patios is about 300' from where the guys had to store their gravel, pavers, concrete, and sand. These guys work unbelievably hard every day they're here, and they've been working during the hottest part of this record-hot summer. Each and every paver is installed by either Jamie or Jay. The other guys in their crew do the tear out and haul in. We've had some minor bumps due to the logistical challenges but we feel for the quality of the work it was worth taking a bit of extra time and so our neighbors could benefit from them already being on site. Our patio is close to the community pool and very visible, and we've gotten so many compliments. Jay and Jamie worked with all us individually, and all of our patios are slightly different but still meet our strict HOA oversight. We got three estimates and Advanced Curb Appeal's was very competitive. We love our patio. Like most construction projects this one has taken a little longer, but we would recommend them (and we already have)."

"Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.
