"I've used Jeff' services for two different properties. For both properties, the furniture was removed which gave easy access to clean the entire area. What I like about Pristine's carpet cleaning method is instead of the old fashion steam wand which just is pulled on the carpet they uses the more expensive rotovac powerwand which has 2 counter-rotating motors that rotate at 250 rpm that looses dirt to be sucked up by the vacuum. Having using both systems to clean my carpets in the past I found that the carpets were cleaner when cleaned by the rotovac and more stains were removed. Jeff did pre-stain the carpet with stain remover which helped remove coffee and soda stains. The other thing that stood out was their was no upsell and the quoted price over the phone was honored. In addition to carpet cleaning I've also used Pristine's service to stretch my carpets that had extra layers and they did a good job at a reasonable price. My only feedback on time management is that Jeff tries to do it all himself and thus at times has a tendency to over extend himself and thus impacting committed time to customers.
