"Having Clean Team REPIPING my home was an excellent experience starting with the professional, polite young man, Trent, which arrived on time and gave me a fair estimate to the sheet rocker’s who replaced the sheet rock, were the small holes were made. The first team laid it all out and the next day’s team connect everything, so I was without water only for a short time. The RE-piping only took two days and they left each day better than they found it. The sheet rock team was scheduled shortly and they did all the patching and finishing in one day, they also, were awesome team. Here we are a month out, I noticed what I thought I might be a plumbing leak, on my bathroom ceiling, I called and they sent a professional young man out name Michael, today, who went in the attic, checked it out and took pictures so I could see. He came down and stated the good news is, it’s not your plumbing, but the bad news is, it looks like I might have a small roofing problem. He gave me a quote and went right to snaking under sink until he met problem and cleared. He brought his own pail, etc. and cleaned up immediately. He was very imformative and polite. "Perfect from estimate (flat $180 fee to clear drain, $20 extra if I wanted acid treatment which I did not). Lowest estimate of the 3 plumbers I called. Said they would arrive that afternoon 4-6pm, Omar and Josh arrived at 4, pulled a disgusting blob out of the shower and while they were there went ahead and cleaned a bathroom sink drain out too. Done in 30 minutes, spotless work. Professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for better experience, would definitely hire again."

"The plumber and his assistant were quickly able to unclog the toilet. However, they did not have the right tool in their van to clear the drain under the sinks in the Master Bath. I was disappointed they had not brought the necessary tool. Instead they recommended I buy a 1/2 gallon bottle of BioSmart. Unfortunately, their poking around had turned a slow drain into a completely stopped-up drain. The assistant went back upstairs to pour 1/2 cup of the BioSmart treatment into the drain but the sink was full of water -- the BioSmart might have worked on a slow drain, but it did no good whatsoever sitting in the sink. We were unable to use the sinks in the Master Bath for the several days it took for the plumber to return with the proper tool. Now I have a pricey bottle of BioSmart that I don't want. Cost for first visit: $249 Cost for return visit to fix drain they should have fixed the first visit: $150"
