My husband hired him but when I went to look at finished gate I noticed it wasn't even when the gate closed. Tight as it should be on the top but as it goes down to the bottom the gap for larger. We needed the contractor to re-program the garage-door opener receiver about three months after installation. It lost the frequency carried by the remotes. The technician, instead of doing this, was able to remove the additional receiver and re-program the garage-door opener's native receiver itself, removing the need for the additional receiver. We required new remotes, but these were provided free of charge by the contractor under their warranty. Outstanding service, once again, and demonstrates a commitment to follow-up customer service and upholding of a warranty. In addition, once again, scheduling was easy and the technician arrived on time with all the equipment and parts that he needed."
