I would have more confidence if they had shown me the inside, explained the problem, and justified the parts needed, rather than leaning toward the higher-cost option. "My oven wouldn't start on Thanksgiving day. Had to send the turkey to my sister's oven. Called Home Advisor on Tuesday and Appliance Mann was one of the recommendations. He called right back and since he was in the area, he came within an hour. He was very personable, seemed knowledgeable and very neat. He installed a new igniter and the oven is fine. As far as price, I have no idea if it was fair, but from his numerous reviews, I assume it was. Very satisfied."
