"Roberto took care of or lawn maintenance at our previous home. We bought a new home (new construction) in Discovery Bay. We had him give us an estimate to landscape the entire backyard and side yard. His estimate was VERY AFFORDABLE! We agreed and he and his crew started that next Monday. Roberto and his crew are punctual, clean, honest, respectful and the hardest working crew we’ve ever came across. We had concrete poured, sod installed, added drainage throughout, irrigation and so much more. Entire project took 3 weeks!! AMAZING!! I loved coming home and seeing so much progress done everyday. Our yard is more amazing than we ever expected. We are beyond happy with the results. We have recommended Roberto many times since our yard has been completed, in the past 2 weeks. "IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."

"This Company did a superb job. They were punctual, worked extremely cleanly, did exactly what they said they would do, and the results were all I could hope for. This wood frame house, built in 1912 had not been painted for 11 years, and the old paint job was badly weathered, oxidized and flaking off. Before getting started Michael and I went over the whole house and he explained everything that would need to be done. I told him that I would visit everyday to check the work, (I was staying elsewhere, since the house is currently rented) since I'm extremely particular and also fairly jaded, having been cheated by workmen in the past. When I was unable to be there, he would call once or twice a day to keep me informed. His crew was very polite and careful, and not a plant or flower was ever trashed. Everything was cleaned up as they are very conscientious about that too. Best of all, the end result was spectacular. It looks brand new! I had gotten 2 other bids, one of which was just about the same as his, -$5000 for labor and about $1000 for materials - and another which was about 30% over that. They also did a great job on the deck and fence, which I had never gotten around to sealing before, in 10 years- $1000.00. I felt that I really got my money's worth. Michael aims to please and keeps an eagle eye on his crew."

"I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."
