That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good."
