It took a few months to get them out to walk the job and schedule, but I was told that when I called (I think Covid home improvement demand kept them busier than normal). Mark showed up as scheduled, made some good recommendations on his proposal. "Ergeon was a great experience for me. Their customer service was prompt and helpful, and they offer a 4 year warranty on their fences and gates! If you do decide to hire them to install an outdoor gate, just make sure you ask them the options are for gate latches/locks, because the "standard" latch is kind of on the dinky side and if I had known I could upgrade to a better option I probably would have. Other than that, great company and I'd hire them again!"
