Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good."

"SES remodeling completely made us proud at the work that they did for our home! Our master bathroom and bedroom was in a demand of a new fresh update and modern look. After our research for the right company and after meeting some of them, we went ahead with SES remodeling due to the helpful experiences and skills they have! Their work included the installation of new tiles all around the bathroom including on the inside of the shower area, replaced the sink, remove all the drywall, get rid of mold that we had no clue that we even have and to install new shower system including all the new plumbing. In the master bedroom, we had them redesign the entire space and make it more functional for our needs and to add new wood work (base boards, crown moldings built in shelfs etc…) After all the preparations were set and agreed, Eli scheduled the starting working date. All the working people arrived to our house on that day and the work started with no delays. Everyone arrived to our house on time and each day while they were always open to any suggestions or comments we had. Eli was very reasonable with the quote of the project. The final remodeling work including all the things around it, showed us very clear how SES remodeling takes pride in its work and customer service!"

"We hired Miguel and his crew when we first moved in to install a railing to our basement stairs.  The stairs had a handrail on one side but no spindles and no rail or spindles on the other side.  With small children in the house, this was a safety hazard.  I interviewed 3 contractors and Miguel gave us the best pricing and several options on how to install the rail and spindles.  He and his assistant was able to install a railing that matched the existing railing.  The railing and spindles they installed are SOLID and look great.  They also were able to install a fan in one of the bathrooms.  They connected the vent to an existing vent from another bathroom so did not have to put another hole on the side of my house, which I appreciated.  It was a big job and they got it done all in one day, which was impressive.  My husband was at home at the time and reported that Miguel and his assistant worked very hard and were very professional.
A few months later, we hired Miguel to replace the supporting posts to our deck. Our deck is one story off the ground and the existing supporting posts were not large enough (not up to code).  Miguel put a large horizontal beam across the bottom of the deck and attached 3 sufficiently large vertical supports to the horizontal beam.  They did a good job but the only thing was they did not paint the post to match the rest of the deck.  (Perhaps we should've been more clear about our expectations.)  Also, they used shims on one of the posts and it looks a little unfinished, but the deck seems to be fine so perhaps it's just cosmetic.  Overall, we are please and would hire Cancun Construction again.

"OUTSTANDING! With just 2 days notice, Joe sent one of his outstanding staff members (Mikey) to fix the hole I made in our ceiling. The repair job was done so well that it's almost impossible to see where I almost fell through from the attic. During Mikey's ceiling repair visit I asked Joe to give us a quote for the outside valve replacement and plumbing box installation project. The price was so good (almost half the amount quoted by another company) we asked them to handle this as well. This project was not only handled quickly, Mikey upgraded the setup for better access. He even colored the new concrete to match our existing patio area where the valve box needed to be installed."

"The house we recently purchased was in a bad shape and required a lot of upgrading work and improvement or in other words… It was a total mess. The wall paper was bad and peeling, the light fixtures were ugly and bad, the appliances were total mess and the floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We contacted Cielo Construction to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. Tom and Oren (who were in charged on our project) did an amazing work with starting with the way they ran this project, the way they managed the people and the way that Cielo construction handle all the rest. "Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."
