"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"SES builders and Design did a large remodeling project at our house few months ago. The house was purchased by me last year but it was never remodeled or upgraded by the last owners. Anyway, with the help of Roi at SES builders, I was able to get the closest thing to a new house. My budget was not that big (relatively speaking for the scale of the work), but Roi did worked around that budget without any problem. The work that they did is fantastic and the kitchen is very beautiful. They replaced all the existing cabinets and added few more, replaced all the existing flooring and painted the entire house. Also the living room, bedrooms and bathroom got a brand new coat and style of paint and the new carpet completed the new look. We wanted that the 2 main rooms at the house (Bedroom and bathroom) will get extra attention by adding nice crown molding and new low voltage lighting fixtures on top of new plumbing fixtures and pipes. Over the entire remodeling is nothing but a fantastically and professional work!"

"Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."

"The house we recently purchased was in a bad shape and required a lot of upgrading work and improvement or in other words… It was a total mess. The wall paper was bad and peeling, the light fixtures were ugly and bad, the appliances were total mess and the floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We contacted Cielo Construction to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. Tom and Oren (who were in charged on our project) did an amazing work with starting with the way they ran this project, the way they managed the people and the way that Cielo construction handle all the rest. "I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Gil did an amazing job installing a new shingle roof on my home. The price of the job was very fair. He provided the 2nd lowest price of the total 4 quotes I obtained. His price for wood replacement was also comparably lower. Gil was easy to communicate with, very straightforward and always reachable. All the members of his crew I encountered were very polite, hard working, and cleaned up well at the end of the day. Also, the roof was completed earlier than anticipated. Gil was very attentive to detail. He did a great job matching the color of the vents and dormers to the shingle color. Also, he ensured my home was clean before the final walk-through. About the workmanship, the roof job looks amazing. Moreover, Gil provided a warranty that is consistent with other roofers I met. Therefore, I can rest easy when the rains hit in the coming months. Not a comment about Gil or GM Pacific Pro, but for anyone wanting to redo their home, just remember shingle colors look different in different lighting. The shingles on my roof look much lighter than what they did at Home Depot. Fortunately, I really like the look of my new roof. Overall, I am very happy about GM Pacific Pro and would recommend them to family and friends."
