They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. I would highly recommend Henry from NH Ross and plan on requesting him in the future!!!"

"Could not have gone smoother. Tech was very respectful of me and the house, did a fantastic installation and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. Gave me a full walk through and didn't leave until all was tested. New shut off valve, new flue, rehung expansion tank in a better location. Salesman stopped by during the installation to check on things. As it turns out, I believe they were the first to contact me as well after the listing and their price held up. All A+!"
