"Lou is a true craftsman...honest, knowledgeable, highly experienced and very well organized. He was patient and helpful during the design phase, when I asked so many questions and kept revising the plan. It took a few months for the cabinet order to arrive. Lou was very diligent about providing a target date and keeping me informed. On the delivery day, he came at 8AM and placed leveling blocks on the walls. The cabinets arrived and, by 10AM, Lou had already unpacked and installed the first row of wall cabinets. He works alone quietly and he is very neat and methodical. There was no music blasting, no cursing...he came in through the garage and never walked beyond my kitchen. He screens his phone calls so that he is not interrupted while he works. He is very responsive but, when he is working, he remains focused solely on that project without distraction. Lou brought in an electrician and fabricator who also did a very good job. Lou has a positive attitude. He clearly enjoys his work and he is determined to do a professional job. I am very happy with my new kitchen and I plan to hire Lou again to renovate my bathroom."

"If you are looking for a contractor... Please. Stop. Here. You will be wasting your time if you look any further! This is the second home renovation project Carmine Argano and Creative Design have completed for me, and they are AMAZING! Stellar in craftsmanship, true pride in their work, and integrity beyond measure. In a world that seems to fall short of anyone you can trust these days, you can trust Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John to take care of you with your best interest at heart. This fall, Carmine finished my kitchen reno in FIVE DAYS! He gutted walls, laid floors, put in cabinets, and even took the liberty to add a bit of crown molding to the top of the cabinets to give it that finished look (free of charge!). He found tile for me, personally walked with me through the granite yard, and bargain hunted quality flooring with me online. (Yes, he does this for every customer.) During the renovation, Carmine discovered the connective plumbing from my upstairs bathroom and downstairs kitchen was not done properly. Apparently, it had been leaking for quite some time. Without distressing me at work, Carmine simply went to work. He purchased new PVC pipe, sealed it properly, took initiative to find the extra ceiling tiles in my basement, replaced the ruined ones, and gave me instructions on how to look for overnight leakage before he reclosed the wall the next day. Carmine could have taken advantage of the situation, he could have misled me, and he certainly could have deferred the job, but he didnâ t. He was honest and fair. I wish I could say the project ended with a tidy bow after those five days, but it did have a hiccup, and NOT to Carmine and Creative Designâ s fault. The promised appliance delivery from the outside vendor was delayedâ ¦ and delayedâ ¦ and delayed over the next SEVEN MONTHS! I have to tell youâ ¦ Carmine acted as the middleman on my behalf for the entire time. He called the vendor. He called the supplier. EVERY WEEK he would make a phone call to someone to check on delivery status and make sure my appliances were not forgotten. Of course, I had the option to cancel the order and upgrade my purchase for a faster guaranteed delivery, but I was on a tight budget and Carmine understood and respected that. Piece by piece the appliances came in. When he was able, Carmine would meet the delivery at my door and make sure to inspect the appliance before it was signed for and accepted. I donâ t know what else to say about Carmine and Creative Design except that you will not find anyone better. Carmine, Carmine Jr., and John are the most dependable and trustworthy people in the field. You cannot go wrong by choosing them."
