"I called and got a friendly greeting. 
The service call came right on time and did a nice job.
i didn't have a problem but I had never had the cesspool pumped in 22 years.
OK, it was a brand new cesspool 22 years ago and my first house so I am really clueless.
I am told to pump it every 5 years so I guess I was over due. 
Not having a clue I only had an idea of what the cost was through the phone call I had made to the company. 
I was told $485 but was charged extra for aeration , chemicals and a tube going to the over flow tank. 
In total it was $750 with my Angie's List 10% off. 
Not to bad considering I never had it done before. 
Ray & Paul were very good at what they do, professional and got me up to speed on what was going on.

"Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues."

He gave me a new customer discount. Normally its $350. He snaked the drain and it started to drain. He also did a very good job cleaning up after. This man earned all these good reviews. "After the worst rain storm our area ever got hit with my basement apt was flooded. They came quick, prepared and eager to get going. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind. They really felt bad and wanted to make sure hey helped me the best they could. I appreciated the humanity just as much as the work. I HIGHLY recommend them. "DEFINITELY WORTGY OF A RATING OF 5 STARS ! I am a small business owner that ran into an issue on the job site! We called the Owner AJ directly at 6:00 PM to help our team out while on site of a cleaning job.. a shower/tub combo at a customers house was clogged & we couldnâ t get it to go down no matter what we did ! This company was highly recommended on a local Facebook group weâ re apart of, so we decided to give them a call.. all the whole knowing we would probably get a no sorry we cannot help you at this time type of response because of how late it already was and knowing it would cost a fortune because of it being an emergency.. but we tried it anyway! The owner himself came within 1 hour of the first phone call, he fixed the issue & surprisingly the cost was absolutely no where near what I was expecting! I give 5 stars hands down to this company based off of my own experience! They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, reliable, quick and efficient and super kind as well as very good at explaining what the issue is and how to fix it in terms the consumer can understandâ ¦ if I could give more I would! I definitely did not feel pressured or taken advantage of either, which as a woman is always a scare! The owner himself is very friendly, honest & knowledgeable! !!
