"I was hesitant to call this company because I didn't have a great experience a very long time ago, but today was a stark contrast to my prior experience. They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. "I called All Weather to give me a quote for replacing my gas boiler. They set up a time for their salesperson to come over and give me a quote. The appointment was only a few days later and a man named Joe showed up on time. He spent some time with me, I told him I was looking for a new boiler and a new hot water heater, but I wanted to see what options I have (since I was debating going to a tankless water heater). He told me going indirect hot water tank is the best option and they always use this brand that's the "best one out there". Even though he may have been right, he didn't tend to my questions or concerns very well. I felt like he was getting annoyed that I had questions and eventually I just let him run the show just to get him out of my house faster. Especially when he gave me a quote of $8600, it was much higher than I was anticipating. One thing I really didn't like was when he said I'd have to get a permit since I live in an incorporated village, which would be an extra $500, meanwhile I already had another plumber tell me a permits only $200. So I went with another company. So even though I can't rate All Weather on their work quality, I didn't get a good feeling from their salesperson."
