They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."
