The sales person informed me of all aspects of the job and the install manager double checked everything and advised me of all things that were required of me before the install. However, upon inspection by multiple roofers we were told it was done improperly and needed to be replaced. There was one worker cleaning up the debris from the back and side of the house while the roof was being installed and he made sure to pick up ever nuk and cranny.
