"Based on reviews I read about Bau Services, I decided to hire him to clean the carpet in my living room, small office area, 2 hallways and 1 bedroom. Moreover, I was glad that I did! Every step of the process he explained what he was doing. He started by vacuuming the entire apartment, after doing that he pre-treated every surface and then worked that solution into the fibers with a bristle like broom. Bau uses the best cleaning solution in the deep extraction carpet cleaning machine. Who does this: Bau does, every step of the way during the cleaning process, Bau would stop to show me his progress to ensure that I was happy; which I was. I am pleased to say that my carpet through the apartment looks brand new. I'm a happy customer and I unequivocally recommend Bau Services."

"The marble countertop of our our master bathroom sink had been etched in areas and the finish was uneven.  Jay refinished / re-polished the countertop and it looks like the day it was installed.  He also cleaned up and resealed the tumbled marble on our shower floor, and re-grouted the area.  I wasn't expecting much as the tile had seriously faded since its installation in 2008, but Jay brought it back to looking like new as well. <br /> Jay responded to us the same day that we contacted him.  He had an opening the following day and completed the work in one visit.  To say he is prompt, professional and talented is an understatement... he clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. <br />"

"<p>Josh (who provided the estimate) said to not expect a "wow" effect - well, we are wow'd!!!!!  We have a white and grey river rock bathroom floor and the grout needed to be cleaned again.  I had previously hired one of the other grout cleaning companies and was not thrilled with the result.  We were even contemplating replacing the floor.  I must say that we are thrilled with the results!!!  Not only were the guys prompt, they were early.  there were very careful (took off their shoes to not get snow and salt in the house) </p> They put down a drop cloth and corner guards to protect the paint.  Once they got upstairs, they discovered they could bring the hose through the window which would save having to drag it through the house.  Nick and John were hard working and professional and very nice, too. We will have them back next year!! <br />"

"Tom and Paul (brothers) along with Dave came with two panel vans.  They were punctual.  We went over all the details of the job before they got started.  They could not have been more  professional but at the same time friendly, courteous, and efficient. <br /> Any thing that had to be moved was done with care.  We are very pleased and happy with all of the results.  The couch is white and looks like new. The results  Tom achieved there are amazing! The carpets are very old and worn but now they look so much better and brighter.  The results on the ceramic floors and grout impressed me the most.  The tile flooring is 28 plus years old and heavily trafficked.  The grout came back to original color and there is a huge difference in the tiles!  I  was concerned that we would not get a great result but I am thrilled! <br /> Overall, I would highly recommend SteamPro and would definitely use them again in the future. "Fabio Hardwood Floors redid all of the floors in our house 7 years ago and they still look like they were done yesterday! We have a porch on the back of our house that had a solid redwood stain on it when we bought the house. Over the seven years the stain just didn't wear well even thought it was recoated numerous time. I called up Fabio to see if he could do anything to make them not look completely weathered as usual and in the end he came out and created a masterpiece! They completely sanded, replaced some boards, and varnished them. It is hard to believe it is the same porch! Fabio and his team are prompt, transparent, hardworking, and well priced. I would recommend him to anyone."
