"Got up Friday morning to a broken leaking water heater. Got on Home advisor and a couple other sites. Ken got a hold of me, told him the issue, and what I currently had installed. Told him I was thinking tankless. He said that he could arrange his schedule a bit and be here by 10am. He showed up right on time, we looked at it and I didn't want to get an electrician out to upgrade the line for tankless. He brought a new one that was more efficient and he had it installed and running in no time at all. Very friendly and professional. Plus, the installation looks a lot better than whoever put in the old one. I would highly recommend him."

"The situation was more difficult than imagined. The stonecutters had cut the faucet hole too near the sink and the washers and screws could not be installed. He came up with an ingenious solution of filing the washer down, buying longer screws and manually screwing the faucet from above. Two other companies could not figure it out. He also took care of the leaks another plumber could not fix, and came immediately after being called on a Saturday morning!"
