"From the first estimate with Harry, to interactions with Jason and finally the team that replaced my roof - everything went very smoothly and my roof looks fantastic. I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. "I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. We are on a fixed income and procrastinating to get our roof redone. I definitely called the right company because they made it way more affordable than we anticipated.

"Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"
