"We purchased Wood?s Landscape & Sprinkler Service?s Platinum Package, which included a 10-year warranty and 20 winterization/pressurization visits. For two years the services were performed, then in winter 2025 the company stopped scheduling altogether and told us to winterize the system ourselves?something we never agreed to and had never been asked to do. When we asked for the service we already paid for, the owner, Mr. Wood, responded with rude, dismissive, and accusatory messages, even suggesting we were ?making things up? and that contacting him was a ?bother.? His hostility sharply contrasts with the professionalism of his staff. We paid thousands for services the owner now refuses to honor, and his conduct makes this company impossible to recommend."

"Do not work with Genevie. Paul, the owner, and Deidra, the manager, are blatantly disrespectful and offensive. Genevie does not value their long term customers, they fail to honor a wait period, they discriminate, and have piss-poor communication. If you are a long term customer, beware because this company does not care about your business. If you are a new customer, do yourself a favor and save your money."

"I paid Premium Lawn to install a French pipe to fix my wet my yard. After one year, the yard has more water than before and I thought the pipe was clogged. I called them and emailed them, they did not care at all I used another contractor to find out what is going with the pipe. He found out that they never installed a French pipe, and they put only gravel without a pipe. I attached pictures that shows that no pipe was installed. I also attached a copy of invoice describe the pipe that never was installed. They took my money and committed a Fraud. If you don't want to have similar issue, please use another company. Please read other customer reviews, it tells you clearly that you can't trust this company"

The only issue we had was with the installer who left the job site after he finished without let us know or giving any instructions or information about operation of the system. Basically, he just picked up and left. After I contacted the salesperson and explained what happened, he came out, apologized, and explained the system operation and maintenance."
