"Pete and his team were very professional throughout our kitchen remodeling project. Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns. Pete and his team arrived promptly every day of reno work, cleaned up all debris, and protected my house's furniture and new appliances from damage. Most importantly, he was always accessible, answering EVERY email, phone call, and text almost immediately. Renovation projects are stressful enough (we knocked down a wall into the dining room, resized a window and completed it with matching exterior vinyl siding and capping, replaced the floor and subfloor in 2 rooms, cut new trim, repaired drywall, changed the color and decor, added new plumbing, electricity and lights, and increased 7 feet of cabinet/countertop/backsplash space to 18 feet!), but Pete and the crew did their best to alleviate all our stress. "Was it the worst experience...? Was it the best experience...? Neither. Yes, I have hot water. Yes, the piping looks great for the tankless hot water. But, they had to come back a 2nd time to fill in the hole. See pictures. Yes, I was taken advantage of. I paid way too much. The final bill matched the estimate but in retrospect it was too much. Customer service simply stopped once I started challenging the work that was done. I have a large pipe sticking out of my condo that is unsightly. After I asked to have it corrected I was ignored. I would not recommend this company."
