"AMAZING company to work with! Angela and Chad are so easy and fun to work with! Angela knows her stuff and really helped put together my kitchen/family room reno vision together from floor right down to the grout color for backslash to tie it all together. They are so much more than floors! Prices are amazing (I did a lot of research). Their install folks they use are so professional as well and kept things so tidy during it all. Recommending to anyone that needs flooring or other things done. They made the whole experience painless. You will not regret going with them!"

"Worked with Andrew from the Latonia Store who actually came to the house with a variety of samples of vinyl plank flooring. Once the flooring was in we worked with Max regarding installation. Installation was done by John and Uriah. We were "extremely" pleased with all aspects of this job and will definitely contact Carpets Direct for our next flooring project."

"It was an amazingly easy experience with The Floor Source. I'm going through a master bathroom remodeling project, which has been somewhat of a nightmare. The Floor Source was a piece of cake to work with. Everything went as scheduled, on time, correct materials, courteous employees, efficient, quick solution to an unexpected problem, installer never smoked; an overall wonderful experience and love the LVT! Thank you Floor Source. Hope we can work together again."
