I was further impressed that he would take time on his day off to talk extensively about our ideas for sound and how we could achieve our goals. "It was great.  The guy was a sweet guy.  His name was Andy.  I'm not wonderful at the computer myself, and he didn't make me feel incompetent, you know what I mean - like I was an idiot.  He was right there for me.  My printer wouldn't work and I didn't know how to hook it up.  He came and then he did that and some other stuff I just needed to have done at the time.  He spent his time and he was just really nice, he was kind; he's just a nice boy, a nice guy.  Also, I don't want to go over the curve that you've gotta learn every day you know; I'm not into that.  I wish I could go to the computer and tell you what I wrote.  I just said it was exceptional. When I went on the computer, I called Angie's List and asked them how I did it, how to write the review.  He fixed the computer and he was just helpful.  He was just here and he said well what about this, what about that.  He was kind and on time and he called before.  I'm from the south; I'm from California originally, and that doesn't happen.  You don't understand.  There's no responsibility; no one keeps their word here.  I can't say enough good things about him.  Most of your guys on the computer do it from someplace else, they don't come to your house, and I'm not literate enough to have that happen.  So he was one of the few that's on your website that comes to your home.  Otherwise, they do it from their office to your ... remote.  Well, to heck with that.  He was right on time.  Everything about him was good; good guy, good guy.  As a matter of fact, I'd call him again whenever I need to; I'd call him in a minute.  He let me know he was on his way and then he was right here, right on time.  He was right here, very professional when he came to the door, and I felt comfortable. My little computer office is behind the garage, so I brought him right through the house, I wasn't nervous with him at all.  He's a young guy.  I can't say enough about him. "

They have a website where you set up your personal acct. and you can see EVERYTHING you even wanted to see about your personal alarm system. We pay monthly to have the service monitored and that gives me piece of mind. It DEFINITELY helps on our home insurance bill."
