He provided a range of options and we felt that he was focused on selling the "right" system to meet our needs and not just the most expensive option. Because our timeframe was compressed, he worked with us to expedite the installation (next day). The installer was also very professional & knowledgeable. The system was installed in the estimated amout of time (approx 4 hours). The only disappointment was that the installed arrived approx 1 hour later than anticipated but since the install was pushed to the next day, there may have been previous commitments that dictated the delay."
