At the Capital Remodel + Garden Show at Dulles Expo Center on February 24, Brent described Renken's services, offered a discount & scheduled a site visit. On March 1, Joe visited our home to discuss our project & gave us a proposal that we accepted. On March 31, Dan took measurements to order materials. On May 13-14, Mahadi did excellent work to remove the existing tub & tile, redo the plumbing & electrical & install a new 60" x 36" shower. It includes a Carrara marble wall system, 3 shelves, chrome fixtures, dual bypass doors & window frame. Renken was responsive to all our requests & we are very happy with the new shower."

I cannot express how wonderful this turned out. My shower is beautiful and the work is amazing. The installers were so professional and patient. I had many questions and they were so helpful. "Mario, our service contractor, did a wonderful job updating our primary bathroom. He removed large tub and small shower, replacing them with a larger walk in shower with a seat, grab bars, and low threshold. He removed the old vanity and installed a solid wood double vanity with a quartz top that was custom made for our space. In addition, we had the tile floor covered with vinyl tile. Mario worked steadily for 3 straight days, arriving on site at the time he stated and not leaving until the portion of the work was completed for that day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful when decisions needed to made on the spot. As far as Premiere Home Pros, there were no surprises, the amount that was quoted to us at the sales portion of the job was exactly what we paid. Communication was excellent and the company was very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend them!"

"Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled.
