He was also very open to our feedback and suggestions and included blinds on all the windows, and medicine cabinets and towel bars in the guest bathrooms post-construction. Jakob didn’t cut any corners, as the home is very well insulated and includes state of the art appliances. He has also been responsive to us post-closing and we hope we can continue to maintain a friendship with him in the future. We highly recommend him and his team!"
