Communication regarding the work to be done, pricing and time frames was excellent. The crew that performed the work were trustworthy to the point that I gave a key to my home allowing them to come in and get the work done when I wasn't home. Throughout the job the crew communicated next steps asking for and taking into account my expectations, they were friendly, professional and extremely hard working. Work was completed within the projected time frame, with the work reaching all my expectations and beyond."

John is on the job and is in constant communication with you about the progress. The job was not rushed. You can tell they have passion for their craft and treat each job with care. A lot of attention to details, both big and small. John will talk you through options to any unforeseen issue. He kept his original quoted price and didn't ask for more money to repair unexpected rot and/or additional labor time. John's recommendation for a mason for stone work on the porch was great.
