"I needed a privacy fence removed and a brand new one installed, as the one I had installed six months earlier was already coming down. The owners and crew of Tailored Timber were excellent, and I could not recommend them more highly. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely, and very affordable. "Our MPO handyman completed quite a bit of work in just four hours--it probably would have taken my husband and I at least 12 hours to do everything he did. He loosened a tight hot water faucet handle, insulated some pipes, installed fan switches, repaired broken sink stoppers, and installed many coat hooks in various locations.
Only hiccup was in setting up the appointment. I failed to confirm via email and lost my first appointment slot, but I wish MPO would have tried to confirm with a phone call instead of cancelling me.
