We were afraid that this would affect the closing date for the sale of our house. I call Michael D. McCollom with M & M Roofing at 8:15 AM and he was here at 11:00 AM to inspect. Mike sent over a “near-by” crew and they completed the repairs by 2:00 PM. Mike had installed the roof about six years ago. The repairs were done under their warranty. I have never seen this type of great service. I would highly recommend Mike McCollom and M & M Roofing."

Only item was when asked about guarantees, it seems their work doesn't have one (or at least that's what they told my wife). Other than that, would call them back in a heartbeat. "This job was to apply a coating on a metal patio cover to stop leaks. Anthony Lee with Legacy Roofing was the only one who suggested a coating rather than replacing the roof. He was fast and it looks so much better than all the holes and rusty spots. He got a tiny bit of the product on the boards just under the roof. He offered to pick up that paint but I had some from touch up we had just done on the wall. He quickly painted those boards and sent me a video. Looks perfect!
