"We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!"

I am a huge stickler regarding communication. From the first contact to have someone out to bid a job, through-out the job, and when it is finished. If i have to chase information, things are already starting out poorly. I had no such problem with Chris from Frazier's Home Repair. He was on time for our appointment to look at the job, he had a bid ready when he said he would, and was quick to answer any questions I had, sometimes even after hours when I didn't expect a response until the following business day.

Day 1 of the job, Chris and his team arrived early in the morning, we discussed the timeline and what phases would be accomplished on what days. He went over all the aspects of the work with his subs and helpers, and got everyone to work. He also pointed out that if we had a problem with the dimensions of the cabinet taking the oven size (it was going to be close!), how he would resolve it, and what extra efforts/cost to expect if we had to go that route. He went out of his way to accommodate keeping power on as much as possible since I was working remotely from home that day. Everything went well that day. The only hitch was my wife noticed the new drawer wasn't quite as deep as we expected. I took a picture and sent it to Chris that night just to ask about it. One look at the picture and Chris had an immediate answer that night "You're right, that will be rebuilt tomorrow to meet the specs."

Day 2: Crew was on time and got to it. I had a friend staying here to watch after things while i was at work. I got constant updates of how everything was progressing, and it sounded like there were no problems. I came home that evening to my brand new ovens installed, everything worked without a hitch.

Chris wasn't the highest bid, and he wasn't the lowest, but he was exactly what we needed. The job was done on time, I was kept informed, there were no surprises, and the crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves and keeping the wood dust from the cabinet work to a minimum. All in all, i'm not sure how this project could have gone any better. We look forward to having Chris back when we're ready to tackle phase 2 with the range and vent!

"Absolutely AMAZING! The owner of the company is Julio Barron. He arrived on time and from the first moment he listened to what I have in mind and I finished, he walked me through his suggestions. He suggested the wifi lighting connected to my phone, and also without asking he came with detail-oriented little things to match my bathroom decoration to the project. He guided my husband to different places for quality and affordable prices to pick materials. He told me the job would take approximately no more than six and a half weeks and he finished in five! In general, very HONEST from the beginning. He asked me how much was my budget and he helped us to work with it. The final job is OUTSTANDING! and 100% recommendation for him and his whole crew! by the way, now they do my plumbing, and my roofing, and for sure next year they will be hired to remodeling my whole kitchen! "The crew was excellent worked hard and did a great job. I had two separate jobs going removed old driveway and prep for new concrete.Also they removed a big rock by my pool and did spray deck . Between weather delay and them working hard. They completed the job and it is great. I would recommend them for your next project. Beyond that the cost of the project was tremendous and was done well within the projected time frame. In fact we got a bid from another company that was $20K more than the Super Floor Store. We got everything we wanted and for a great price. Also, everyone involved in the project was nice and respectful. Super Floor Store also replaced the flooring in one of our bedrooms and did an equally super job."

Al Halfon, the owner, was extremely professional and patient as I struggled to decide on the type and color of flooring. He always demonstrated interest in me and my project - not just getting the sale. I would have selected to go with Al even if his quote was higher than the competitors, but it was lower by a minimum of $3,000.00.
