Kathie was also very responsive in our email communications. It took a while for the project to start but I chalk that up to a busy summer and weather conditions. But the patio turned out amazing! Our only minor recommendation to PGS would be in the follow-up. After the project was completed we didn't hear back from them to make sure we were satisfied with the job, even after I sent an email stating that we were happy with the work. "They had to revert to a Do-It-Yourself railing instead of the welded railing that I preferred due to a spacing problem with the posts. Used filler to cover on-site cutting of rails. They did the work on Sunday morning and were done by 1:30. Steps were reset to the proper height and pitch, and they went the extra mile of placing crushed stone around the steps to keep small critters from making a home under them. I'd hire them again for other work."
