"The "salesman" showed up, made a judgement call on a house I just purchased. Clearly the house was below his mega-mansion standards and the arrogance he emitted was off-putting. Minutes later when he found out I was a landlord, he (no joke) said: "I don't think this is going to work out. I don't do well with landlords, all they want to do is put cheap stuff on." He proceeded to walk away and I gave him a piece of my mind on wasting my time and being so presumptuous. He did apologize and proceeded to give me an estimate, which was about double any other offer I received. I will give him an A on knowing his product, but his demeanor, arrogance and lack of decorum with me spoke volumes about his company."
