"NEW Pitched and Flat Roof. Our home was built in 1860 and was in dire need of a new roof, with an active leak. When we were ready to move, they worked us into their busy schedule, right before the Labor Day Holiday weekend 2022. They started with the pitched roof, stripping off not only shingles, but metal seamed roofing as well some original cedar shake shingles from 1860 under the metal. Replacing many sheets of OSB. They started at 7:00AM, Sept. 1st Thursday morning and finished all pitched roofing with clean up by 8:00 PM that same day. Their crew they assigned to our home was amazing, talk about work ethic, not to mention quality workmanship. Sept. 2nd, Friday morning, the Flat Roofers arrived. Many companies refuse flat roof jobs. There is a definite science and engineering process to flat roof membrane application. The cost of OSB Board was a concern to us on our roof, knowing weâ d need additional. A question we asked all companies that presented bids, was how much is a sheet of OSB if we need more than what is included in your bid. Skyline was fairest on additional OSB Board pricing, NO Price gauging with Skyline. "They arrived promptly each day and left my yard cleaner than it started. There were a couple of minor glitches due to missed communication between the different crews but they were promptly corrected when pointed out. As with the painting company I hired after Angie's List, Precision exceeded my expectations! When unforeseen damage was found they were flexible and willing to work with me regarding the extra payment. I hope never to need another roof but I would not hesitate to call them! I have been recommending them to my family and friends in need of roofs or roof repair!"

"It went great! They did a great job on my roof and had great customer service. Would definitely hire again!"

"Gerald came to the house on time, inspected the roof and gave us a quote for repairing the roof. He was very professional, NOT pushy at all and we feel the quote was very reasonable. He is doing the repair and we will have them do the new roof in the future."

"One could not ask for a more professional office staff, Joyce, owner, Bill, and work crew headed by Kevin. I have used this company for several years now and am very pleased with the exceptional quality of work and both the company's and workers work ethic. They exceeded my high standards. Their prices are always competitive and exceptionally fair. Also, if you happen to catch one of their specials, you will get the best deal going bar none. They arrive on time and if, by chance, they are a bit behind you get a call ahead of time informing you. Their clean up is great and you will never get better quality of work. Kevin always lets me know when he is finished and asks if I want to check out their work or if there is something else that needs to be done. In my opinion, they are the best. A big thank you as always to Bill, Joyce, Kevin and the rest of the crew"

"I spoke with Beth and everything after that point went smoothly. Just as she promised it would Installing a new roof is quite a task but that team did well and were expedient."

"I was very pleased with the speed at which the system was installed. Henry was amazing to work with. I appreciated the patience that he showed me when answering all my questions so that I fully understood what we were getting and how it operated. His team was very professional, quick, and neat. I appreciate the fact that they cleaned up after themselves. You can tell Henry and his team take pride in their work."

"Very honest and helpful salesperson, professional installation crew. Good quality products."

"This is an amendment to my first review to reflect the most accurate price paid for everything included. The work was performed very timely and professionally. A1 roofing is exactly that A1! I was very impressed with every aspect from start to finish!! Thank you so much"

"Was on time first day, cut wall approximately 6 inches above floor, jackhammered out concrete and removed sand. Left a littleeearly. Next day was a little late, continued jack hammering (had a spot that was abnormally thick concrete). Drilled weepholes, laid pea stone and pipe, installed crock with sump pump, and drainage from crock. Cemented "ditch" that was made. They took care to leave my place clean. Did extra work without extra cost. Personable and fiendly, though slightly unprofessional (in paperwork), guess a better way would be to say informal. . I enjoyed them, and was satisfied with the work ethic, and work done.
