The project contractor, Brandon Chaffin, no longer answers my text or calls. After asking about a final building inspection, I discovered the contractor never filed for a building permit. I went with Champion because my neighbors had advised me that they have the best warranty. I am devastated. My windows continue to leak and damage my blinds, flooring, and furniture."
