They were well organized, worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up as they went along, plus did a good clean up at the end. What more can you ask for? Oscar was the stair expert, he did an awesome job. Junior and Pablo worked together in a fast manner, our LR floor was complete in a day, from removing the furniture to putting it all back together. It was not as disruptive as I was expecting!!"

We have had an extremely difficult leaking issue with our roof, which multiple companies have attempted to fix. When the leak came back during Portland's sudden monsoon rains, Jon dropped everything and came out to do a quick patch. When that didn't work, he came back two days later with a co-worker, on zero lead, to find the leaks and do a full reshingling. The two cheerily worked into the early dark to fix the roof that day. His rates are by far the best we've seen, and he's just naturally a gregarious guy and an obvious good person who will do whatever it takes for his customers. That's the kind of contractor I want on my side and I cannot recommend him enough."

Our current properties range from $1.6-5M, and some are often high end rentals for transitional athletes (Portland Trail Blazers, Timbers); we've never had any complaints with the finishes or quality of work, and Freestone does everything we need in high-wear environments quickly and affordably, and they work hard to accommodate our complex scheduling needs with seasonal and long-term tenants moving in and out. That said, weâ ve had a couple issues with scheduling, but theyâ re growing and busy, so the growing pains are understandable. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
