"JR Insulation is a great company!! They did everything from start to finish as promised, on time, polite, clean, and on budget. I can't recommend them enough. They also fixed a problem that I created in my own ignorance for free just to make me even happier. I told them it wasn't necessary but they insisted. JR's pricing was the absolute best for everything they did. Not the lowest bid but the lowest price to value, which in my opinion is the lowest bid. "The estimator implied the insulation job would have a finished appearance, knowing that no sheetrock would cover the ceiling insulation in the shop. The result is far from the implied final product. A VRR product covered the unfaced insulation as requested. Ragged torn and cut edges and millions of staples exposed, no taping. I would not recommend this company for this type of installation. It costed less, but there was a reason. We even offered to pay more to have them finish the job right, but they didn't want to do it."

"Excellent service with same day response to a water heater outage. All points of contact were outstanding starting with initial phone call and giving and estimate of time of arrival as well as 15 minute warning call that Johnny was arriving. Johnny was friendly, knowledgeable, and presented numerous options for fixing or replacing the 10 year old heater. When I opted to replace it he was able to get it delivered right to the house while he was draining and disconnecting the old heater. Start to finish was about 3 hours. I highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing because of the excellent communication, response time and service."

"Everything from the estimate to the repair and installation of insulation was outstanding and very reasonable. Dillon came to our house to look at our crawlspace and gave us an estimate we could live with. No high pressure sales or fancy brochures like those other guys. Just great communication and a job well done. Both crews were fantastic. I gave them all tips. Consider doing that yourself. This is dirty hard work. Dillon is easy to communicate with and responds quite quickly to questions - even on the weekends. The people at the office are fantastic. Hire them. You won't regret it."
