Moved deck furniture off area and back on. Inside he paint a walk in pantry beautifully and two doors. Of 4 bids, his was the least expensive. Heâ s my painter of choice in the future."

Got an estimate and we settled on a date a couple days later. (While Josh said they could do it right away we couldn't.) 3. They came, they saw, they informed, they fixed, they cleaned up, 4. What kind of construction company? THE BEST! (One thing I would recommend: If it's inside work, you might consider some ear plugs)."

"Ricardo and his crew did a great job completely rehabbing a three bedroom. Every interior wall and ceiling was painted. Doors were replaced, ceiling exhaust fans installed, floor covering repair, electrical and plumbing etc. Through 11 change orders Ricardo kept track of it all and pushed to keep the project done on time. If I had more work to be done I would call Santi’s Construction immediately. Highly recommended !"
