Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. "If you need work done on your house, hire Rob. I can’t sing his praises loudly enough. Two years ago, my husband and I purchased a house that is 100 years old. It is in decent shape, but we wanted to do a lot of work to turn it into our dream house. Josh came in an opened up everything and repaired all damage. He then installed new flooring, a new toilet, removed 60-year-old cabinets, installed a new vanity, tri-view medicine cabinet, light fixture and door. He was timely, prepared and worked hard every day and kept us informed daily since this was a time and materials job.
