"James came out initially to inspect our washing machine which was making awful noises. He was great on the phone and able to come out next day, first thing to inspect. After turning it on, he knew the bearing was shot along with several other things and told me how much it would cost to fix, which would have been more than a new washer. So I declined to fix it, however I asked him if he could come back and install my over the stove microwave, which he was more than happy to do and came back that same week to do the install. He did a great job, was on time, clean and neat about it and let me watch the whole process. Turns out our microwave was hardwired when we should've had a plug. He recommended someone to come help with that issue and finished installing the microwave. We had the plug installed yesterday and everything is working great. James was friendly, prompt, reasonable and his work was impeccable. He also took the old microwave and all the packaging from the new microwave to dispose of, which was awesome. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and plan to call Knapp again if we need appliance or install work done."
