"Mark and Ted did the house and Radon inspection respectively. Mark spent 4 hours to inspect the house in detail. He started off the inspection by climbing onto the roof to check all roof conditions and take pictures of all identified shingle/flashing/gutters... issues. He also spent time to walk through electrical panel switches and the GFCI protected outlets with me. In the house, he checked all appliance operations He used moisture meter to detect any abnormal reading that may lead to leaky seal near toilet, bath tub, sink, dish-washer. He checked all window operating conditions. Heater and hot water boiler are also checked. He also climb into attic to inspect the furnace and AC unit in detail. He saved the toughest and dirtiest part to the end with his full body "bunny" suit and mask and crawl into the shallow crawl space. In the end, he provided a great write up on > 10 issues need to be addressed. <br /> The Radon test monitor the Radon level for 48 hours. Tedd reported the Radon chart and level promptly within 2 hours of completion of the monitor. <br /> The seller is working on the inspection addendum to address and resolve those issues. I am happy with the AMI service and will definitely use AMI in future house inspection. They are highly recommended! <br />"
