"Adam installed a pet door for us. Doesn't sound like a big deal, right? Actually, it is a pretty big deal to do. First of all, the door where the doggy door needed to go was double-glazed glass with metal grids between the glass panes, and the door is steel-clad. Second, our dog is a Great Pyrenees and 30 inches tall at the shoulder - she's a giant dog and needs literally a giant-sized doggy door. Adam was an excellent communicator during the entire process of ordering the right parts and coming to the house to perform the installation. He was on time and did a professional job. I have installed doggy doors myself for this beast of a dog, and I have paid other professional doggy door installers at other homes to provide that service. Adam's finished product is head and shoulders above what either I or other professionals that I've hired in the past have delivered. First rate experience, first rate workmanship. "We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"

"The lead guy was Mike Mathis. He knows his stuff. It was a 24' x 36' ft full two story garage attached with an enclosed 8' x 24' breezeway. The garage has nice plywood finished walls and ceilings, fully insulated, and with lots of electrical outlets. For my purposes, I needed the top floor to be able to hold a lot of weight, so the garage was built much stronger than what is required for codes. It is partially embedded in a hill, so great care was taken to seal the cinder block foundation and provide water drainage. I did need to correct some small details along the way such as the garage doors were supposed to have windows and they initially didn't and I had to remind him that I wanted plywood on the walls and ceilings. Also, one of the garage door openers stopped working a couple weeks after the garage was finished and it took 3 phone calls and two months to get somebody to come out and fix it. Other than that, I am very happy with the job."
