"Countless mistakes were made in most of the plumbing work done.  I was my own general contractor, and I had to be on top of all the work that was done - particularly the plumbing work, where most of the mistakes were made.  For example:
- the gas line for our fireplace was originally run straight up through our living room floor next to the wall (not in the wall) -- simply ridiculous.
- the drain line under our shower was missing a P-trap
- when the old asbestos covered ducts were removed, lots of asbestos scraps were left lying in the crawl space that I had to clean up
- after the plumbing had been in, we had severe knocking/water hammer (required replacing the pressure regulator)
- after the rough plumbing was installed, the plumber left with the water pressure on - we arrived one hour later to find water spraying all over the unfinished bathroom from a pinhole leak in the joint next to the shower valve.  I had to immediately shut off all water -- they came back and fixed the solder joint where I pointed out the leak -- (but claimed they could not reproduce the leak).  Then, once all of the bathroom/shower was finished - the shower valve dripped when off (likely because the fix to the leak resulted in over-heating and warping the valve) -- they did not take any responsibility and blamed the valve manufacturer (Moen).  And since I bought the valve - they claimed no responsibility.  (Shower still drips today when in the off position).
- the plumber was rude to my wife in front of our inspector
- the plumber was clearly over-worked having to do over-time for a commercial job as well -- so our work was rushed, and as a result there were many mistakes that I had to find (they did fix the issues, one-by-one - I give them credit for that - but overall, the work was sloppy). 
I can understand a few mistakes, but this was simply too many.  In our experience, a more appropriate name for this business would be:  "In and Out and Back Again."  This may have come down to one individual's work -- but unfortunately, it has left a bad impression for the whole company.

"Reached out to a few plumbing companies needing emergency work on a shower valve that needed to be replaced. Chandlers plumbing responded within minutes and had somebody at my door within 20min. Price point was reasonable so I gave them a shot. They did not disappoint. They got me back in business quick and they did a really clean job. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future projects."

"Eitan just recently remodeled our master bathroom.. a complete rip out of old materials and created a beautiful modern paradise! Eitan was friendly and professional (and safe which is important during the pandemic) and completely responsive to our ongoing requests and communication. We had a group text going with my husband and he always got back to our questions within a few minutes! My husband had a very specific and complicated shower configuration that he wanted and eitan was able to make that happen. We had some hiccups along the way, but eitan worked with us best that he could to quickly resolve the issues and was understanding to all our special accommodations during the pandemic (I am pregnant and therefore high risk). His foreman (Jesus) was excellent...Very willing to work within timing that we preffered and was also very respectful of our accomodations. Midway through the project we also added a few minor remodels to our kids bathroom which didn't seem to add too much time to our finished timeline so that was impressive and great. We will definitely work with eitan in the future, we have several other projects in mind and we know we will be taken care of! We love our new bathroom!!!"

"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. The entire job came in at cost with just a couple of upgrades we made.  We are 100% satisfied with the finished job"

"Leo, Guillermo, and their crew did a great job. There were some unexpected discoveries once the demo started, but they handled it well and made sure to explain every step of the process. The cost went up a bit, but it did not feel excessive. We received estimates from a couple other places and Skytech Builders felt the most fair and reasonable for the work needed (a small bathroom remodel). I appreciated Leo's responsiveness to all communication. The actual work appears to be done well and I feel confident in the final product. Both Leo and Guillermo always made sure to explain everything thoroughly and walk me through the process. We only have one bathroom in our house and Leo worked with us to ensure that we wouldn't be without a toilet at any point. They also worked with us on making the shower more accessible due to some health concerns for our family member. Overall, I am very happy with the work and will definitely recommend them to others."
