"Eitan just recently remodeled our master bathroom.. a complete rip out of old materials and created a beautiful modern paradise! Eitan was friendly and professional (and safe which is important during the pandemic) and completely responsive to our ongoing requests and communication. We had a group text going with my husband and he always got back to our questions within a few minutes! My husband had a very specific and complicated shower configuration that he wanted and eitan was able to make that happen. We had some hiccups along the way, but eitan worked with us best that he could to quickly resolve the issues and was understanding to all our special accommodations during the pandemic (I am pregnant and therefore high risk). His foreman (Jesus) was excellent...Very willing to work within timing that we preffered and was also very respectful of our accomodations. Midway through the project we also added a few minor remodels to our kids bathroom which didn't seem to add too much time to our finished timeline so that was impressive and great. We will definitely work with eitan in the future, we have several other projects in mind and we know we will be taken care of! We love our new bathroom!!!"

"Rick and his team of sub-contractors did a great job working with us on our kitchen and family room remodel. They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace. They were friendly, easy to work with, and answered all our questions. Any concerns were quickly addressed. We love the end result and would absolutely use Rick and his team again."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

Gal and his workers were respectful of my home and were always careful about Covid precautions, never making me feel nervous about them working in my home. Bay Home Remodeling wasn't the lowest bid (it wasn't the highest either), but when you have workers in your home for two weeks+, you want to be confident that the work will be done properly and on time, and want to be on the same page as your contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well.
