They didn't connect the down spout damage a porch rail and basically took their money and ran. 4 Times I have called about this they were to come 1/23/2026 and DID NOT SHOW UP!! I did not even warrant a phone call so DISRESPECTFUL to me and my home. Just stay away from Ohio Basement Authority unless you want to give your money away!"
