"Very nice folks, we use them for insect control. We built a new house in a new subdivision, and had a big ant problem. With all the construction going on around us, the ants just wouldn't go away. The guys from Alford come out every three months (costs about $100 every three months - $33 a month if you want to break it down that way) and our ant problem is solved. Typically they treat the outside of our house, no spraying inside, which is good for us and seems to work very well. I would definitely recommend their services. Office staff is very friendly and the guys who come out to the house are polite and respectful."

"Rich returned my call very promptly and was easy to work with, got a free consultation and estimate the next day. He explained the termite control treatment and the cost was very reasonable (even for a ranch-style house). The workers were friendly, thorough and professional. All around, a very pleasant experience (despite the creepy crawlies that like to eat houses)."

"Rather than fix the issue the first 2 calls, more refrigerant was pumped into the system. This cost me $75 for each call plus the cost of the refrigerant. The 3rd time, they fixed a valve and refilled the refrigerant and I am monitoring to see if this really fixed the problem. So I am out $225 for service calls fro the same problem and the cost of the refrigerant. I think they take this approach intentionally."
