"My garage door would only open a few feet then close again and I could see the wires were broken. Kevin came out promptly and told  me  what was wrong and was able to adjust the system so I could use it again(even with the wires broken) then gave me an estimate until I decided if I wanted to get it definitively fixed.  I called them to come back  to do the permanent fix. I asked for Kevin again since he was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.
