"The work that Casey and his team did on our remodel was excellent. Outstanding work quality, outstanding communication, professionalism, meticulousness, timely project completion, promptness in addressing issues, reasonable prices, and a readiness to go above and beyond. "The front yard was not leveled and sloped as agreed upon. They took out some rocks in the front yard and some dirt. they put topsoil down and then sod that was about 4 days and dying. As of July 31, 2024, there are still holes in the lawn where the sod has not grown together. The front lawn is not at the angle of slope that we agreed upon. In the back yard they agreed upon removing some dirt and rock, then replacing it with a four-foot-high granite wall 90 feet long. The wall is only approximately 75 feet long and some of it is 4 feet high and about 15 to 20 feet of the wall is less than 3 feet high. This is not what the contract said when we signed it but he still charged us the full amount of a 90-foot wall 4 feet high and tried to convince us that his measurements were right. When the men were building the wall, the back lawn was packed down a lot and now it does not let the water soak in. I asked the men if they could return to pick up the sod in the backyard and put in some topsoil to make it the same height as the rest of the yard, and they said no. So, I asked him to return a portion of my money so I could have someone else come in to correct his inability to do it as we agreed upon. He said no he couldn't refund any money. We are waiting for the individual to come out to our house to look at the job to evaluate how the job was done. So please contact us on a date as soon as possible."

"Was supposed to be giving a free quote for a full gutter system. Their teq and salesmen Tyler originally measured the wrong house and had a downspout that would have dumped water across my driveway and walkway. Their was another section of gutter that exceeded 35 ft with only one downspout. They we're extremely pushy at getting me to sign a contract and take it down payment to secure a deal. My house wasn't painted and I was not ready for gutters and it was agreed upon both parties that I would contact them when I was ready to continue further with color and scheduling. After about a month and a second quote I decided to cancel my contract with now remodeling. I was informed that they would not be issuing a part of my down payment back even though they were only entitled to part of it via their contract. Tyler falsified claims about contacting the homeowner, scheduling an installation date, and work done on or for the property. Very disappointed with their response to canceling my contract and their customer service."

"Good in beginning. But things that needed attention after the walk thru were not addressed excuses were made why they could not return to fix things like Cabniet drawers not shutting properly and not meeting in middle and base trim looks Ike a mess. Owner did not want to come back out be careful if your all ready in contract with them to be sure project is complete before paying because you will not get them to come back."

"We had Jeff's crew fully remodel one of our basement rooms and add an egress window. They did some minor work on another room in the basement, and they removed an old, rotten deck that we inherited when we bought the house. All the work is excellent. The personal interactions were great; the crew were friendly, punctual, and thorough. They took the one room all the way to the foundation and built up from there; it was a big project with some funky angles from the 1950s. When we have work in the future, we will definitely contact Jeff again. A few things that I found particularly good: first, Jeff gave us a few different bids to help us figure out which things we could afford to do now and which things we could delay. Initially, we were thinking of doing several partial projects, but because he was willing to give us three different bids, we managed to get exactly what we wanted in one room and enough done in the other to make it very comfortable. Second, Mike and Chris were the two guys here the most and they were friendly and kind. The site was kept clean, and we never worried about leaving them alone in the house. They arrived when they said they would, and they communicated clearly. Third, Jeff was always a phone call or text away. He responded quickly and was kind. There was a hiccup in the some of the electrical work that I didn't catch when doing the walk through. Jeff had the electrician on site within hours to fix the issue. I want to be clear: we had already paid him; I had already signed off on the work; and even then he gave me the same personal attention he'd give us while doing the work. The craftsmanship is great. We really love the new room, and we are more than happy to recommend Jeff and his crew to anyone needing projects done. I will recommend him to friends in the future."
