"Bonney Construction exceeded my expectations at every step of the process of building my 1200 sq foot shop. Warren arranged the draftsman for the original drawing and coordinated the building permit process. Upon county issuance of the required permits, he was there for each step to hire and oversee all the subcontractors from the grading and concrete right down to the finished product. From the initial bid process, Warren presented a fair and detailed bid, and remained well within budget from start to finish. The project was completed on time as promised. Just as a side note, I was extremely impressed with Warren's attention to detail. From the quality and craftmanship of each subcontractor's work that Warren personally chose based on his experiences with these individuals, to the overall cleanness of the jobsite. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I are with this job. We have an incredible shop that is far better than we ever imagined it would be. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Warren Bonney Construction, but I was extremely impressed with each of the subcontractors he hired and supervised throughout the project"

"KI Constructions did a great job. They built 2 small decks for my home and replace support beam and columns on my older deck which had become dangerous to use. They did a fantastic job on the new installs and repair. I also used them to fence in a area for my dogs. I would defiantly recommend and will use for other project when needed."

The first project was building a garage and breezeway and this project was doing a lot of the finish work such as trim and painting. The garage and breezeway looked so nice when they were done. All of the detail work matched the existing home so well they looked like they had been built at the same time. You would never know that the home and the garage were built 20 years apart! Sergey was very thorough and explained all the details involved to me. His crew was always there when they said they would be and always cleaned up thoroughly each day.
