"Our deck caught fire last summer and we contracted Chris Heinz to do the rebuilding and replacement of our fire-damaged exterior. Chris was wonderful to work with! He worked with our insurance company tirelessly and also kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew removed our old deck and siding, and built a new deck, a landing and stairs off our kitchen, installed a new sliding door and four windows, replaced our siding and trim, and installed new outdoor lighting. There were a few delays due to the pandemic and materials being readily unavailable from one of the manufacturers, but the timeframe was reasonable given the circumstances. Chris and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. We love our beautiful new deck and the new siding and trim. We get so many compliments from our neighbors and passers-by! We will definitely go to Chris next time we need work on our house and recommend him to everyone!"

"Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."

One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened.
