In the process of installing my new sump pump, back-up sump pump, and sump pump alarm system, it was determined that a new dedicated outlet could not be created due to my existing electrical panel being too small. Thus, I needed to get an electrical panel upgrade. Through JES Foundation, a date and time was arranged to have my new electrical panel upgrade installed. "I called a few companies in the area when beginning research on a GeoThermal Heat Pump. We have used TriState many times over the years, and this experience was no different. Making the switch from a traditional gas furnace/Electric HVAC is no small job, but Bert Miskell walked us through every step of the process, answering all our questions, without trying to "sell" us on his product the way another company did. We chose TriState because we were confident in their experience with previous installations, and because of the thoughtful way our questions and concerns were answered. We are currently awaiting installation, but every step thus far (determining well location, removal of an old, nonfunctioning system, Miss Utility visits) have proceeded exactly as Bert outlined, and he remains accessible and promptly returns phone calls and emails. We are excited to be able to utilize the Federal Tax credits that expire this year, reducing our overall cost by nearly half, and putting expenses very close to a traditional gas system.
